Rob Baron
|
Rob Baron is the Executive Director of Healthy Woman, a six physician
OB/GYN group with offices in Freehold, Colts Neck, and East Windsor, NJ. Prior to his current
role, he served as the Strategic Planning and Business Development Coordinator for CentraState
Medical Center. Rob was also a consultant with Accenture in the Health Services practices,
where he gained extensive experience on the payer side with HMO, PPO, and POS insurance plan design.
Rob received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Emory University and his MBA in Healthcare Administration from Monmouth University.

Lawrence Epstein

Administrator for SUNY Downstate Medical Center- Department of Radiology,
Brooklyn, NY. Currently serving as Committee Chair and Liaison for Legislation and is a member of the national
MGMA Governmental Affairs Committee and many of its active subcommittees. Larry is a member of MGMA & ACMPE and
has been involved in Healthcare Management for the past 21 years

Phil (Jay) Grassi, FACMPE

Director of Operations for Practice Alternatives, Inc. and the New Jersey MGMA's
Membership Chair. Phil has over 34 years of healthcare administration experience both as a
Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army Medical Department and as a civilian. He has served on many
committees for the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and the American College of
Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE), in which he is a Fellow, culminating as the National
MGMA Membership Chair and as a member of the ACMPE Board of Directors. Phil is currently a
member of the Board of Trustee's of the Ronald McDonald Houses of Long Branch and New
Brunswick, New Jersey.

Edward J. Ludwig III, FACMPE

Practice Administrator of Retina Vitreous Center, PA located in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
Ed has been a member of MGMA & ACMPE for numerous years and has is a Past-President of NJMGMA - currently
serving as State ACMPE Forum Representative. He has a Masters Degree and involved in the Healthcare field for
last 25 years working for Block Drug Company, IPCO Laboratories and Retina Vitreous. Prior to entering Healthcare,
he taught High School for five years. |
Jane Luther

Group Sales Manager for Conventus Inter-Insurance Exchange, a New Jersey provider of professional
liability insurance for private practice physicians. Jane has 20 plus years of professional sales and
management experience including over 10 years in health care related insurance. Prior to entering the health
care field she was involved for 10 years in Management Consulting crossing over several industries. She has
a Bachelor of Science Degree from Central Michigan University and is a New Jersey Licensed Casualty Insurance
Producer. Jane has been a member of NJMGMA for the past two years. Throughout Jane's career she has been known
for her integrity and credibility in client relationships with emphasis as an innovative business developer and
problem solver. She believes promoting these values will bring continued growth and ongoing success to NJMGMA.
Jane has volunteered to serve on the Member Services and Affiliates Committees. |
John Masiello, CMPE

Practice Administrator & C.O.O. of Bergen Medical Alliance, PA located in Englewood New Jersey since 1998.
A member of MGMA & ACMPE since 1995, NJ MGMA since 1996 - currently serving as Vice-President NJ and incoming
Chair-elect for MGMA Eastern Section. Serving as a member of the Executive Board of NJ MGMA since 2000.
Involved in Healthcare Administration since 1983. Authored or Co-Authored articles on EMR, presented seminar on
Successful Practices for MGMA. Certified Medical Practice Executive since 2003. |
Gary Orsetti, CMPE

Practice Administrator of Brielle Orthopedics, PA, Brick, New Jersey since 1997. Gary has over 30 years experience
in health care management, in both the in-patient and out-patient settings, and in both the military and private sectors.
He served twenty-eight years on active and active reserve duty with the United States Army, and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel,
USAR in 1996. He holds an MBA in Health Care Administration and is a Certified Member of the American College of Medical Practice Executives.
Currently he is the Program Chair for NJMGMA. |
Maria F. Petro, FACMPE

Administrator of St Peter's Family Practice since 1999. Became Regional Practice Administrator overseeing two practice locations,
one residency and one faculty practice in 2001. A member of MGMA & ACMPE and NJ MGMA - Past State President. Maria has been involved in Healthcare
her entire career with Dental practice, ENT specialty and now with Family Medicine. She recently completed her Fellowship in the American College
of Medical Practice Executives.

Richard Saari

Dick has been with SaVit Collection Agency for over 33 years. The Company
specializes in the collection of healthcare related debt. He is a Certified
Collector, and a Scholar in Collection Business Management from ACA
International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals. Dick
has served on the Board of Directors of the NJMGMA in the past. Currently serving on the Membership Committee.
His goal is to promote good working relationships between medical practice administrators and the vendors
who provide goods and services to medical practices.

Sabina S. Smith, CMPE

Sabina is the Administrator for Orthopaedic Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation Center in Red Bank, NJ.
Sabina has 10 plus years of healthcare experience. Prior to entering the healthcare, she was involved in Human Resources.
She joined the NJ MGMA board in 2001 and currently serving as Secretary/Treasurer. Sabina became a member of MGMA in 1996 and ACMPE in 1997.
She became a Certified Medical Practice Executive in 2004. |
Theodosia A. Tamborlane

Theodosia A. Tamborlane, Esq. has been a health care attorney for thirty years, licensed in NJ and FL.
"Theo" is First Chair, New Jersey Bar Association Health and Hospital Law Section and an NJMGMA member for many years.
She has sixty published articles related to physician practices and regularly lectures on managed care and other health
law issues, including at NJMGMA events. |
William Woodward

Bill has spent the last 25 years in the service industry and is the V.P. of Sales & Operations for Copy Request "A NOVA Company".
Copy Request is ten years old and specializes in the "Release of Medical Information". For the past twenty years Bill has been very active
with Optimist International, a service organization dedicating itself to the youth of our communities. His recent role as the Governor of the
New Jersey District has provided extensive experience in organizing meeting and conferences and Bill has volunteered those stills with our
Conference and Programs committees. Bill believes that when vendors and customers "truly" work together, so much more can be accomplished.
Trusting relationships build good business for both parties. Bill hopes to continue promoting these goals between the NJMGMA Practice Managers and vendors. |
